£102.26 might be for just one month (169.26 less £67 government discount) and the £152.01 afterwards. Prices from October onwards are 25% up from Aprils rates and double those of last winter. But the explanation is extremely poor, and I'm not absolutely certain my assessment is correct!
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
Things are so confusing right now. From October to March your DD will reduce by £66/67. Also in October the new EPG rates come into force. How this affects you will depend on what tariff you are currently on.
Without full and accurate details of your circumstances it’s very hard to work out what’s going on.
It’s possible that your current DD has been used in one instance so that the £169.26 is reduced to £102.26 thereby giving you the £67 reduction.
The second amount of £152.01 could then be what your DD will increase to as a result of the change in unit rates in line with the EPG.
You could try to contact customer service by any or all means listed in the following link but you will need to be extremely patient when it comes to actually getting a response at present… https://community.eonnext.com/threads/3249-How-to-Contact-us?p=7151&viewfull=1#post7151 Alternatively, you could wait for it to sort itself out, which I think it will… but who knows when?
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
