I have tried all week but NONE of the Eon Next phone number work!
Last week put on hold every time for over 20 mins so gave up. Today, the phones dont work at all!!
Whats going on Eon? Are you going bust?
By the end of this week , I will have to cancel my direct debit given the extortionate amount you want to put it up to and find another supplier!
It's not good but you can probably imagine how busy they are at present with almost everyone's tariff changing in a few days and all the confusion over DD increases. There are other methods of contact here where you can leave details and they will get back to you.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
