I'm on E7 so I've got two totals but this should be on every bill for both electric and gas if your dual fuel. On the latest increase that you've sent you they should also include these estimated annual forecasts. Just check that they're the same or similar.

I suspect that if you've received that 8 days ago then it's now out of date and you'll get a revised one (hopefully). Have a look at what they've sent you and for gas for example, they should show the price per kWh. If it's higher than 10.3p per kWh then it's out of date as 10.3p is the latest price. Do the same for electricity and see what the difference is.

It does seem odd that they've only changed the electricity estimate.

The letter received the next day says my estimated electricity usage for the year is 13672.2kwh which is a massive difference
There is no issue with the gas estimates

I'd suggest contacting Customer Services ASAP @Angi123, quote the the kWh figures and highlight the difference.

They are, as with all providers, extremely busy and if telephoning I've read that you may be on hold for an hour.
They have 24/7 support via social media and that's said to be the quickest method but some have posted of a two day wait.

If you use Twitter, Facebook or Whatsapp, send a DM and include your full name, full address and account number, together with your query and include the two forecast kWh numbers. They should then be able to deal with it without coming back to you for any further information.

Hopefully it'll be sorted soon.
