I wonder if someone could help get my SMETS 2 Smart Electricity Meter working with EON, its never worked properly since I switched to EON over 2 years ago.
There was initially a mix up with meter serial numbers when I joined EON, which was quickly sorted out, which may have some bearing on the issue.
The Gas meter is working fine, but the Electricity Meter has no tariff price information on it and is not sending data back to EON.
Going onto the Citizens Advice website and inputting my supply number, https://smartmetercheck.citizensadvice.org.uk/meters , says my meter is operating in smart mode and the supplier is EON.
Both the WAN and HAN lights on the top part of the meter are flashing regularly and the gas readings are showing on my account correctly its just the issue with the electricity meter which needs addressing.
