Both my smart meters are supposed to be read on the 21nd of each month so I was told last month and the month before that.
But you have only read my electric and billed me for it.
Its getting beyond a joke now and it is really getting me stressed out .
I am only on disabled benefits and this is is screwing my banking up.
I was told last month this was now sorted and i got a good will gesture payment for the inconvenience. But its not sorted at all.
Like i have said i am only on benefits and money is very tight and i cant keep messing about month on month making sure i have enough money in my bank account to keep paying 2 direct debt payments on different days when it should only be the one payment.
Can someone from eon next PLEASE sort this once and for all ASAP I should not be going through all this stress with my problems. surly its not rocket science to read 2 smart meters on the same day IS IT?
