Can anyone tell me how to move back to the standard variable rate. In August I had calculated that the EON Fixed 20 on line rate would be cheaper than the projected October £3500 cap that was possibly going to happen. Now that the CAP is £2500, I would like to move back to the SVR rate as I am sure it will be less than the current amount of £650 pm . Does anyone know how to do this online?
Recently, whenever I’ve tried to use my online account to see what other tariffs are available for me to switch-to it just reverts back to the Home Screen.
