So we get 100% renewable energy from E-on Next but the price is set by the fossil fuel market, is this lunatic nonsense or what???

I guess that’s a rhetorical question, but if not I think if you search around the forum some have tried to answer this before. Something to do with selling it somewhere and buying it somewhere else if I recall correctly.

All beyond me, I‘m afraid.

I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

Its called marketing, and others do it as well. If the advertising Standard Agency allow it (as they have for a long time) it seems legit.

Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
