@MCCuser Hi, I am sorry, I have been extremely busy. Yes I did have a look. I can see that your electric meter has been communicating, but your gas hasn't.

I would advise to head over to our customer service and ask them to change the reading schedule from daily to hourly and see if that does the tricks. If it doesn't work they will be able to support with the next steps, most likely ask the specialist team to reconnect it remotely.

Until the meter is not communicating with us, the IHD unfortunately will not be updated.
