Hello, our smart meter display stopped working a couple of weeks ago (it was showing us our gas & electric usage fine). It's really important that we can see our usage with the rising costs. I can see the electricity readings are being taken also but not gas. Please can we sort this out right away as I would like to move to an actual-usage direct debit as soon as it is. Many thanks.
We already got in touch a few weeks ago about why the smart meters weren't working for sending gas readings (even though we could see them on the display) but never heard back and it's still not working.
The smart meter is an SSE branded Trio II and just says "Connecting to meter network...", I have tried everything leaving it off for several days, leaving it on for several days, near the meters, etc.
Status 22-0, Meter Network Not Connected on the System Status page.
Not enough information has been posted I'm afraid. I need photos of everything as well.
