My fixed tariff ends September and I am on E7 meter and paying E7 tariff but my renewal quote is only based on standard prices.
anyone else had this issue? I have sent Eon a message but waiting for a reply. I’d like to know the offering for an E7 fixed tariff from September onwards please
I was on an E7 fixed tariff which expired on 31st July and I was offered E7 renewal tariffs, I dithered and missed the 'best' fixed tariff so as the fixed deals are changing almost daily I'm roughing it on the Next Flex Variable. I have just logged in and I am still being offered E7 Tariffs so clearly they are available, I wonder if you have been moved to a non E7 tariff previously.
BE VERY CAREFUL of trying to get an E7 Fixed Tariff, below are my options this morning. The Night Rate on Next Flex Variable is 52.7% of the Day Rate, so just over half the price. On the Fixed E7 Tariff they have increased the Night Rate dramatically compared to the Day Rate, so much so that it is 78.6% of the cost of the Day Rate. I wonder how many E7 customers have gone for a fixed tariff without checking the details, the Night Rate is just over 20% cheaper than the Day Rate, and as the Day Rate is usually higher than a non E7 tariff it looks to that fixed E7 tariffs are not even worth considering.

If you are on a flat rate tariff it may be that you have been sent the flat rate tariff for renewal. If you get in touch with our energy specialists they will be able to give you a dual rate tariff quote.
