Smart meter hasn’t been working since switch over
I have contacted customer service and they have told me the can sort it without actually coming out that was months ago still not working.
has anyone had any luck getting there smart meter fixed?
I feel like they are not sorting it so they don’t get my reading to charge me what ever they want with All the price increases!
Sorry to see your post has been overlooked. If you still need help with this can you post some photos of your meter, comms hub and IHD and advise on what any lights are doing please.
