I'm currently trying to get my meter changed I am partially sighted I am wondering what the best way to go about this as I can't see the meter very well and if anyone could advise on this. This would be great.
I think it would be best if you contacted Eon Next customer service via telephone, email or social media to get this answered. Hope you manage to get it sorted.
For a major supplier, Eon Next are strangely very reluctant to changer people from prepayment to credit, although they jump at the chance to do the opposite. Numerous explanations have been put forward for this - I suspect that the real reason is the energy price crisis and the likelihood of a large percentage of customers getting into serious debt this winter.
But some customers seem to have proffered medical reasons for the change successfully. Good luck with your application - I think you’ll need it.
