IDH Not showing correct tariff

    Hi my IHD is still not showing the correct unit price since my tariff was changed on the 1st July.
    I have spoke with 3 different member of staff who have all said different things but all resulting in they couldn't help anymore and I need a new IDH which I would need to buy.

    I was sent the link to purchase one via eon which arrived today.

    The unit price is still showing the old price on the new IDH I have been advised that it's eon who need to update and I shouldn't have been advised to buy a new IDH Which was £50 I am now out of pocket and still do not have the correct unit prices.

    I have now been advised to just switch it off? Not sure what this will do as it hasn't updated in nearly 7 weeks so not sure what this is going to achieve. I have already numerous times restarted with no luck...

    I'm getting really annoyed as I seem to be getting no where and waiting days for replies or spending ages on the phone...

    @Michelle06 I am so sorry to hear you have been having such a nightmare with the IHD. Which IHD have you brought ? Have you tried to reset it ?

    If the in home display is showing tariff prices that are incorrect the that surely must be an eon next issue to resolve. And a new ihd wasn’t a proper solution to offer.
    Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and think the smart meter programme is a waste of our money. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
