I can see that @meldrewreborn has replied to your other thread asking for a Mod to help. If you use Facebook, Twitter or Whatsapp you can send them a Direct Message asking for them to send your tariff update through.
If you choose this method then include your name, address and account number in the message, this speeds up the process as they will ask for it and there you'll only need to send one message. Ensure that you use the Private Message/Direct Message so that no-one else can see your information.
I used Twitter the other day to ask for my IHD to be updated, I received a reply withing 4 hours and my IHD was updated the next day. Social media isn't my preferred method of contact but it does work.Last edited by Andy65; 13-08-22 at 06:04. Reason: Tagging not working when quoting.
