App stopped updating daily usage figures

It’s all very odd. It doesn’t seem as though it should be difficult for a meter to log how much gets used then transmit it to an IHD where it should be able to tell you how much has been used in any given period and, given it should know the unit rate and daily charge, convert that usage into cost.

I am having the same problem… can you tell me what the bright app looks like as I’m having a job to find it… thanks

@Andy65 thanks I will try this, although eon say the app is working properly, which mine obviously isn’t as I have to delete it every day and reinstall it to get my usage up… I will try this one tho.. thanks again

I’m assuming no one has had a fix for this? My usage went out of sync from September. Currently upto 4th November I have no data for November showing, though over last few days the October usage figures keep increasing ie gas now correct but elec still low. Eon support don’t seem to be able to help. They say a new app is in its way so hopefully it will help and show daily figures to show what’s wrong. Also using the bright and loop apps but they also have there own issues getting data sometimes or not getting all old data available.

@meldrewreborn i currently use the bright and loop apps but it shouldn’t be rocket science for the e.on app to show the correct data, or for e.on support to be able to find out what’s wrong. As of Nov 5th it currently shows no November data. I suspect it is still retrieving October data but hard to prove without daily stats in the e.on app.
