the rates in your first paragraph look OK. The price caps are regional, and vary from the “average” rates used as shorthand.

Blimey - you're a friendly chap, aren't you. Sorry if I have offended you in some way in my two brief posts, despite saying thank you.
I'm sorry if you thought i was being unfriendly - but if you had joined the forum a while back you'd be better informed - its a statement of fact.
I didn't take any offence from your post - think of me as being a bit like Doc Martin on the box!
And we can only help explain things fully if we have correct information. We're volunteers for the most part (unless Eon next is in the user name) so we're posting out of the goodness of our heart for no reward other than that we get by helping people.
