Can you check your meter readings in your online account, are they still being recorded?
Also check the meter readings on your IHD, it's Settings, right arrow to Meter Information, then OK. You should see the latest meter readings there, for both fuels, are they updating daily?
On the Comms Hub above your electric meter, which lights flash and how often? If you can post a photo.
@Andy65...I have checked my IHD and it only gives meter readings for my gas no electricity. Also I have checked the Comms Hub and the lights above the meter do not flash at all.
My own display is trying to connect to the meter. I have followed the advise from EON- basically, turn it off and on again- and now they want me to buy my own display from ivie for #50 .
Do any of them flash, normally I think SW WAN HAN and GAS should flash every 5 seconds. If some or all aren't then there's obviously a problem. Unless @theunknowntech is around to help with his infinite knowledge of meters, I think you may have to contact Customer Services.
If you do contact Customer Services then I would suggest telling them about some or all of the lights on the Comms Hub not flashing rather than the IHD, if they can fix the Meter/Comms Hub remotely then your IHD should then just work as normal.
@Rmb I have exactly the same smart meter, and exactly the same problem. I contacted EON a few months ago (possibly even a year) when the IHD gave me no gas or electricity readings at the time, and according to EON it was a 'known issue' and a fix was due down the line. I turned off the meter until last week, only to find that the IHD only picks up gas usage, no electricity usage is shown. I contacted EON again, and it is a 'known issue'.
They are truly unhelpful in telling me what the 'known issue' actually is; is it with the IHD receiving the data, the actual electric meter not sending the data ... I have no idea. I downloaded the Bright app, and that also only shows my gas usage. For the last year or so, I have been manually inputting meter readings into the EON website, so my guess is there is something wrong with the electric meter failing to send the data out.
