Hi I had to switch to a new tariff today. The change comes into effect 25/07/22. I thought the best option was the variable rate due to the caps. I wasn't offered much in way of options.
Then I sent Facebook msg to eon next. I chatted to an advisor who told me a few tariffs. One being the next online v17 renewal. Can I change my tarrif? The advisor has now stopped responding and I would like to sort this. I want a tariff where I know what I'll pay each month, yes its more but for peace of mind.
Yes you can change. There are no exit fees so you can change to whatever is available at the time.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
