2 days ago I love messaged with a lovely Eon colleague called Shannon.
im c.£3k in credit and asked to refund £1,200.
she processed this and said it would clear in 10 days.
it was showing on my statement as a note, refund in progress, but that has now vanished.
do you think I need to apply again?
Or is this normal? And should I wait, or ask for help again?
I know they must be so busy, but also I want to check I havent fallen down the back of the sofa!!

I have just taken a quick look at the account associated with your username and I can see that the refund has been rejected due to a possible issue with readings. This isn't something that I can do from the community as it needs further investigation so I would suggest that you get in touch with our energy specialists and they will be able to look into this a bit further for you.
