Hi @PeterT_EONNext we recently had our gas meter replaced (STATUS A error). The gas meter is sending readings to EON but our electricity meter is not, and I have to manually submit readings each month. Is there pease anything you can do remotely to persuade it back into action? Thank you!
Hopefully this problem has been resolved by now but if not then let us know and hopefully you’ll get some advice from our volunteer smart meter expert.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
