I vowed not to chase the update any more. Last time I did I was charged £150 exit fees and my DD increased by about £50. I’ll live with it as it stands until I hear there’s a fix.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
