I emailed asking for some of my credit on my account to be paid back in to my bank account.I received an email back asking a security question then nothing.How long does it take?
Have they got back to you by email ? Usually our security questions are your full name, account nr. , address and email address. We will need readings from your meters within the past 14 days and then we will be able to process the refund. Once accepted, most refunds usually will be transferred within 5 working days, but by policy it can take up 21 days. I hope this is helpful. Please feel free to get in touch with our social media team, they will be able to sort it out for you very quickly.
might take a week to get back to you, but you have an absolute right to be refunded any excess balance on your account ( there are exceptions if the balance has accrued due to any form of subsidy)

Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
I contacted them on facebook for a refund, no security questions apart to confirm my account number name and address and email, got it inside two weeks.
I finally got the balance on my account paid back after three meter readings in a week!!! The one I gave them the day I requested a refund, the smart meter reading they took and finally another reading they requested three days after they took a smart meter reading!!!
