so moving isn’t going to solve the problems you describe. Are your bills being estimated- that can lead to excess charges. Are you submitting regular readings? Without specific information there is little we can do to advise you.

I live alone in a one bed flat I only use 2 power outlets I don’t watch tv I only charge my iPad and phone use kettle couple of times a day washing machine about once per week all plugs get turned off after use except my alarm system I’ve been using for two years not expensive , I am still paying £100 per month I don’t even have a refrigerator as I don’t need so how is this so expensive this company must higher usage behind scenes to raise bill I would advise you strongly to move to another company as I am going to as soon as I get around to it they have made mistakes on there side that raises bill ect lucky they sent me a letter and gave me £20 back but the mistake cost me £34 lol I am not happy with Ron next I intend to change if u want to save money change supplier

I strongly advise people to change supplier to save money im changing asap they are a legitimate scam they changed name so they can legally swap you from a tariff what price can not be changed to a tariff where they can adjust price to higher kwph
