Is anyone else having problems getting tariff options on their online account? I’ve been in touch with eon via email and they’re only sending me pictures of tariffs without any other info…not helpful at all.
Hey @CK119591 I totally understand how you feel about this and I will feedback your input back to the team.
As a customer I know when there is a chatbot that talks to you rather than real people.
Although, you may think our customer service needs improvement and we are always open to receive constructive feedback, we do take pride in the fact that our social media team does have real people behind the screen who do their best to be at the service of our customers.
@Therese I do agree with what @meldrewreborn said. Although, if you need to see what tariffs are available and their prices per unit, our customer service can help with that 😀
There may be little in the way of options out there. Market conditions are such that alternatives to the price capped standard variable rate may be very limited and any offers withdrawn after only a few days. My advice - keep checking. But whether any offers actually represent good value is an entirely different question.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
Agree !No visibility of tariffs or any real simple view of usage and the cost per units. Maybe its an eonNext thing but I do not resent EON having such a poor customer interface and customer service. I have sent a complaint email but like so many companies now you cannot even get to speak with anyone not a human or a chatbot.
