I have contacted e-on next to ask about my E10 tariff and when the cheaper times are. I have been given 2 completely different answers, 1 told me I only get 5 hours overnight of cheap electric, the other told me 1pm-4pm, 8pm-10pm & 12 am -5am. Does anyone know the correct answer? I don't have a smart meter and to be honest don't really want one at this point, so I would really appreciate any help. Thank you

i posted a table for economy 10 times in the appropriate economy 7/10 part of help and support last week. But there’s also a thread by @Crunchie66 who is being told that eon next don’t have an economy 10 tariff - only economy 7. So it’s really confusing. @Beki_EONNext would you like to enlighten us all on this topic?
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
Yes we have been told that though we were briefly put back on to it, since we were told that it didn't exist !
We have also been told there is an E7 tariff with an extra 3 hours at cheap rate to compensate previous E10 customers. We were not told when the 3 extra hours are, and they won't give us it. We are supposed to be existing E10 customers but they have somehow lost us in the migration from EonNext.
So I strongly suggest you look at your meter to find out what it is actually doing, using the guide from @meldrewreborn as a starting point.
I would be very grateful if you would let us know what you find. Ours, by the way, had a 7 minute offset to the nominal times
