Hi I switched to E.on over a 18 Months ago, since then my smart meter for the electricity has never worked. I contacted eon but hey did nothing and told me it would take 6 months for the network team to look into.. nothing changed :-(
Recently however I noticed an article about smart meters and while looking at the sub menus. It still seems to reference my previous supplier for the electricity. It looks like they have messed up the transfer when I moved to E.ON.
E.ON support was useless when I contacted them previously is there anything I can do? or is it sadly something that E.ON needs to fix
I am so sorry to hear about your challenging time.
How long ago did you move over to us? I am asking this question as the smart meters to be fully migrated and updated can take up to 90 days. If this period hasn't passed please allow this time to make sure things are correct.
