Indeed private means private. I think the ball is clearly in eon next’s court now and we should await their solution.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
Yes I created it in n Excel but posting a table to the forum is difficult/obscure. Hence taking a photo of my computer screen and posting that. I did though manage to post some tables in the price cap thread a while ago - I've just got to remember how i did it - and it still wasn't easy to do!
Hey, I am sorry if the sentence of my structure is not perfect or a little confusing, at the end of the day I am Italian and the structure of sentences can be tricky when I translate it in my brain. 😅
Although, I have been trying to understand what you mean by timings? I never mentioned timings in my comment. Maybe you meant pricing ?
With specific pricing I meant that we would have specific tariffs for the E10 meters but the nature of these tariffs can either be variable rate or flat rate with any variable agreements. Basically there is no fixed tariff for E10 meters.
I hope this has cleared a little bit of what I mentioned before.
Though, if 'timings' is what you meant.. I need you to elaborate more on what you mean by that. 😀

@meldrewreborn if you are using a laptop or computer, you can use the snapping tool, which would create an image from what you would like to share. Then you can save it and when uploading it to the community, you just add it as an image.
@meldrewreborn another thing you can try, is to minimise the size of the excel document at the bottom right corner to something like 70% and then trying to use the snipping tool and see if the size of that picture is allowed on the community forum.
The time pattern regimes, vary depending on their ID numbers. I personally don't have it on hand, but I can do a search for you and post it over here if you would like that. 😀
Timings - I meant what hours of the day the cheaper rate operates.
I'm confused now as you posted a table of the times - I understood it was fixed by address. Ours was as per your table, all other areas. Except it went an hour on with BST even though we are not a prepayment meter.
The problem is that you can post a picture, but the picture has to be a file that you have already created - you can't copy and paste. And when you've a picture of a table saved, then its appearance (size, colours, ratios) in the forum post is problematic.
