Gas meter installed March 22
readings stopped in April 22 along with in home display.

Contacted eonnext who were less than helpful and told me to buy my in home display!!! Mine lasted 4 weeks- wow

Was assured my meter was sending readings, low and behold I get my may statement and only electricity deducted. I can't get anywhere!!!! In times of high prices this is so unacceptable. I don't want and average bill, I didn't want a smart meter and now I'm stuck with unknown gas usage.

I will be taking this to the ombudsman. I wish I could move suppliers #stressed #unhappy #help

Same issue too. Both meters were sending readings and recently stopped. The electricity meter is sending all its data to the DCC, so don't know why they can't pull the readings.

The gas meter has never been fully commissioned so doesn't show any data on the IHD or DCC.

Never had a gas bill either.

I'm feeling the same level of frustration now as when I was with Symbio Energy, that's saying something.
