The more I learn the more concerned I become. The back office systems are from Octopus. The forums and community are from Giff Gaff.
The eon people don’t actually appear to do very much at all. It also explains why they can’t develop stuff quickly. These companies they sub contract too will never give their competitors the best stuff. Eon are just doing everything on the cheap
still no news about the app or any improvements to the website and it’s been a month now!
@Richtea78 Standing on Giants created the Giffgaff site and I was one of the former members and I have been with them for years. I help out on the site and enjoy doing it.
With regards the EonNext site its comical. There are silly comments on the social media platforms which always seem to say, I hope you are well and enjoying the sun or something similar.
With regards the mobile app I wouldn't be brave enough to install it on my mobile as it maywell brick the phone.

To be honest I’m leaving as soon as they sort out the errors on my account. I’ve had enough of their service and poor treatment of customers. They’ve misdirected my direct debits and are now claiming that it’s NPowers fault despite them taking over NPower.

Oh and I’ve even tried the complaints and the CEO email on their website. The complaints people said it was a business decision and I wasn’t allowed to complain about that. The CEO didn’t even bother to reply, which is just another example of how little they care. Although it’s entirely likely the feature of the website doesn’t work as nothing else seems to!
