App and online not updating balance

Neither my Electricity balance has not been updated since the -7/04 and gas since the 26/02, despite payments being made numerous times since.
is there a problem or is there something i need to be doing? -

Welcome to the community 👋
We are aware that some smart payg (mainly older generation S1) meters are having issues with updates. It is known and the tech team are investigating it with the DCC so hopefully it will be resolved soon, in the meantime I would continue to use your meter to view your balance 🙂
If you have any other issues or any problems topping up then please pop a message over to our digi team over on social media (Facebook, twitter or Instagram) they are manned 24/7 or you can call us on 0808 501 5200, our lines are open from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays)
