We will need to speak to yourself and your wife together so that we can add her to the account. This is because people on your account can become liable for balances and also make changes to the account. We want to ensure that both parties agree and understand what they are agreeing to, before going ahead and adding them.
We will need to do this over the phone but if the 9-5 times don't suit, you can always request a call back from our Energy Specialists via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and now Whatsapp too! 🙌
