Came over to eon next in January, on a dual fuel fixed tariff, had an electric monthly bill come out in February but none since , but recently had a monthly bill for gas is this right

@meldrewreborn is correct, I would say pop a message over to our energy specialists & they will be able to tell you what's happened and get it fixed for you. Usually when this happens it's something simple like your readings have come through on different days or your bill may have been held for a manual review, it's usually quite an easy fix 😊

No of course its not right. But customers services are tyhe people to contact. Telephone lines are very busy and have long waits, but you can email, or use Twitter, Facebook or Instagram to contact. The social media contacts apparentlyoperate 24/7 so if you chose an unsociable time to contact them it might be very quick!
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
