Sent an email to e.on next on 31/3 and 7/4 to tell I am moving home. Not hear anything from e.on next and my online account still showing my old address.
I am sorry that you haven't received a reply. I believe that getting in touch with our Social media team would be the quickest way to get this sorted.
Make sure you have the final readings with you of the day you moved out. Then if we do or don't supply the new property, we will be able to give you different options depending of what you would like to do.
