I am in a massive debit with your selves and need to know how to get out of this and what my new monthly payments are going to be.
i rang up way before the debt was even half of this ammount and the company was not happy with the amount I said I could afford this had now caused me to become in great difficulty to clear this debt. I am a single mum, trying to raise 2 children the prices are increasing and this is getting me severely depressed and how i am going to afford my new payments along side clearing this. You need to address your account balance. Make sure you are getting all the help you can. The recently announced Council Tax payment for bands A-D is only paid automatically if you pay your council tax by direct debit. Otherwise you need to apply for it through your council. If you live in a home not covered by A-D you can still apply for a grant based upon need.
Citizens Advice can help steer you through the maze of benefits that are open to you.
But you can also start by as far as possible reducing your consumption of energy.
