We bought our house a few years ago, filled in the FIT forms but heard nothing. I chased this in February with Eon but heard nothing. I was then told to contact Eon Next via an online chat. I sent our forms again via email on 3/3/22. I chased this on 18/3/22 as I had still not heard anything. It is now April and still no correspondence.
Does anyone have any direct contact details for the FIT account department please?
