Can I also have a MUCH cheaper tariff as my bills are now over £600 p/m (in a standard (but old) 4 bed house)!!! Hey, if you never ask, you never get ;)
I'm having exactly the same issue since my new tariff being fixed as of 19th March. Still shows the old fix charges, which makes the IHD essentially useless (kWh is updating ok, but without the correct unit and standing charge values its of little practical use!).
Would it be possible for mine to be updated also please? Many thanks!
I've got the same issue with my old nPower IHD not showing the correct tariff information (still show from the Tariff from last September), could you please ask PeterT_EONNext to queue up the correct Tariff for me?
Just remember that the eventual intention is for your account to be updated every 30 minutes and the price of energy to change according to demand so it will be dearer at peak periods and cheaper off peak but with no set periods and no set prices. Do you think the systems are up for it? Apparently 20% of smart meters are currently in dumb mode! It doesn't really inspire confidence does it?
@meldrewreborn I'm in the same position as a lot of posters here. My electricity traiff uipdated ok but the gas unit price (p/kWh) has not updated. I've emailed hi@eonnext.com who have responded quickly and have attempted to update the gas tariff but without success, so far. As others have said, it renders the IHD pretty useless and any future intended price surging impossible.
