Yes my in house display unit has not updated either the new ‘Next Flex’ tariff
I have spoken to Eon Next and the advised to ‘re boot’ the display unit by turning it on and off by this did not work any suggestions???

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.

in home displays get thei information from the meters which get the data from eon next. They are a guide rather than being definitive. They don’t put that in the TV ads.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

I would say you are in N Wales and Mersey. The rates showing on your IHD are for those who don't pay by DD. If you pay by DD then the rates are as you have typed above your photos.
