Level 101-10-22Please could I also be sent a tariff update to my IHD. Mine is showing 19p per kWh, whereas the correspondence I received recently said the tariff is increasing from 29.239p to 35.056p per kWh, so the IHD is very out of date.Last edited by Nog; 01-10-22 at 15:34. I think they're far too busy with more pressing matters to get round to this now but eventually............Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless. -

You mean more pressing matters such as updating the tariffs? Surely updating the tariff on the IHD should automatically happen at the same time...so my expectation is that it will happen rather than won't happen. -

I think you'll need to wait at least a few days as everyone with a smart meter will need theirs updating. In theory it happens automatically... -

Thanks for the link. I remain sceptical because my smart meter itself is showing the ridiculously old tariff of 19p/kWh for R01, so it seems it is this that needs updating and E.On haven't done so in a very long time. I will keep my eye on it and will contact E.On directly if it doesn't change over the next 3 weeks, as mentioned in that linked post.Last edited by Nog; 01-10-22 at 18:08.
