It can take time. Give it another 3 weeks then hopefully everything can be sorted including October rates.

I reported my incorrect tariff on my Meter and the fact it's not sending Meter readings back in June. Followed up in July, August and again this month. Nothing. I've now informed EON that until the system is updated, I'll owe the amount on the meter + standing charge + VAT, and gave them 7 days to disagree, which they didn't, so...new contract agreed! Joking, of course, but contracts are two-way not one way, so...
I understand your complaint here. That said, you know your tariff and presumably how much energy you use. You can submit manual readings to keep your account up to date and if the subsequent bill shows the correct readings and tariff charges then you know what to pay to keep your account up to date.
As I say, I see where you’re coming from but I’m not sure either you or EonNext are completely in the right or completely in the wrong.

I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
I am following posts on the IHD not displaying the corect Tarrif. I see you have listed a fix to send the meter or IHD a tarrif message. Can you do the same for me please.
There will be many calls for this as the tariffs have changed for most of us again today. We have been advised to give it three days for the update to show on our IHDs prior to contacting customer service.
