Having been with eon for my Fit Tarrif since 2011, I have been accustomed to submitting a reading at the beginning of the Fit year in addition to my quarterly readings. Eon used to remind me to do this and the website made it simple to submit. The new "improved" Eon Next account not only didn't send a reminder to do this but would not allow me to submit the reading even though I remembered myself. Are they now planning to use estimated readings for the change between Fit years. I really hope not! Maybe Icm just being blind! Any hints on how to do this would be gratefully received.
It may be worth taking a look at this thread Get FiT savvy with Graeme at E.ON Next! there's lots of frequently asked questions answered here along with links to forms etc 😊

@stoneyboy Having the same problem. I've sent an email with a photo of the meter and my reading via email to their email address they supply. It's hi@eonnext.com, if you're interested.
I don't suppose you have any idea what the New rates for the Tariffs are do you? I'm on the Middle rate and can't find any details....anywhere! E.on would always let me know in the past. :(
@Cinders @stoneyboy FIT rates vary depending on when you had your pv installed and its size in Kw. I did a google search for FIt Rates 2022 and downloaded the file from Ofgem then spent several minutes trying to work out how to read it. It does include instructions but still not easy.. Shame EON neglected to include your rates on the Web site to make it easier for non technical people.
As i understand it your FIT rate is increased on 1st April each year in line with the previous Decembers RPI figure (announced in January). RPI at December 2021 was 7.5% and I believe this is what the FIT rates have been increased by.
I also don't understand why EonNext have not asked for a March 31st reading so that they can accuratly apply the new rate.
