Now that our new smart meter has been up and running a couple of weeks, how can I tell if readings are going to Eon.next? I can see the correct tariff on the IHD, and the Bright app on my phone is pulling 30 minute data, but the Readings section on the Eon website only has the opening reading (ie '0'). The account was set to store daily readings, although I have just changed this to 30 minutes.
Apparently it can take up to 6 weeks to fully commission. I had my smart meters fitted in mid January and my first readings appeared on my account on the 28th January. I think in terms of readings appearing on your account, it depends on what read schedule/billing date is set for you.
