@Tgog I'll be surprised if anyone can log in tonight. All trying to submit our readings to ensure we don't get stung more than we already will. The whole internet's been up the spout today with it being year end. My work internet crashed earlier, taking my inbox with it, social media is playing up as well. Apparently we can submit readings for tonight up until 9 April, although I've seen no guarantee that we'll be charged at tonight's rate, not tomorrow's price hike.
My sarcasm is at an all time high and I've been inventing rude words since 11am. This is merely the icing on an increasingly sloppy cake, which I feel like flinging messily in the general direction of Westminster right now. Custard pies to the face have nothing on that mess.
There will be one price for consumption up to 31 March and another much higher rate from 1 April. that is the whole point of getting an accurate meter reading in place.
@RainbowChazer You are correct that you have a week to enter your meter readings for 31st March, Eon-next have said that you will charged correctly ie your meter readings will apply to the 31st March even if you enter them on the 4th April for example.
Please see the Thread at top about System Issues, it's explained there.
