Just a quick update, we know things are still not quite up and running yet which is far from ideal. We are working to get a form added to the website as a temporary fix where you can enter your meter readings.
And as I mentioned before, if you want to keep them safe you'll be able to pop onto the website/app in the coming days once things are back to normal and add any readings in for today's date.
Thanks so much for bearing with us, and whilst we never want to disappoint customers like this it's great you've found our community to highlight the issues. We're always hear listening!
@HannahD_EONNext Not surprised! You knew this was coming, I suspect. The whole internet has been shaky today. Year end, price rises, desperate times are making for desperate people.
So things are looking a little brighter today, both with the website and the weather!
You should now be able to log in and enter your meter readings online, but like we've said absolutely no rush you'll be able to log in at any point in the next week and enter the reading for the 31st March. This will make sure you're charged for the right amount of energy before the new prices came into effect.
We are still incredibly busy on all our contact channels (we received more direct messages in an hour yesterday than we do in an average day) but we're absolutely still here and will get back to you as quickly as we can.
And of course you've found our community! Which is full of super helpful members who can help out with all sorts of topics.
