@Queenie It has been the same for me. Phones are not being answered nor is messaging them on facebook. Login page goes around in circles even after resetting password. Was moved from Npower to what is starting to seem like a cowboy outfit.

If you're trying to enter a reading, don't panic we can enter it at any point and backdate it to today - and we will get the website and app back up and running ASAP!

@Ndaba Today 31 March 20222 the systems are being overloaded with customers trying to log their readings before the massive hike in the prices from tomorrow.
Just a quick update, we're aware of some pretty hefty issues on our website and online accounts today.
We know this isn't ideal as it's the day you all want to give us your meter readings - we are working super hard in the background to get everything back online ASAP!
This has of course meant our phone lines are busier than ever with quite long wait times, we're also seeing much higher demand on Facebook, Twitter and email so it's taking us longer than usual to get back to you.
Please bear with us, if you did want to provide a meter reading today because of the price cap the good news is as long as you've taken the reading today we can enter it at any point and backdate it to today so don't panic if you can't get through. Just keep it safe!
I'll be back to update as much as I can throughout the day as we get things back online.
