I applied for my warm home discount back in Sept 2021 and again in Oct2021 but I still have not gotten it yet.
I have been getting warm home discount for over ten years now I am disabled and on pip and esa.
On the 9th of March a mass email was sent out and luckily I found it in my spam email folder. I spoke to someone on the phone and they told me to resend in all my information as the email stated and I have but still not warm home discount yet. I called today again and the person assured me that I would get it before the 31st of March.
If you have not gotten it yet check your email for this as this is what i found in my spam folder. Needless to say I had already provided this information to them but I had to resend it again.

Still have not received mine either, i was approved in December as i met the broader group criteria, contacted them today as i have done previously and was told i should have received it by now so a form was filled out and sent across by the call handler, was told i just have to wait to hear from them now which is not good enough as been waiting since Nov 2021! I have emailed Ofgem for advice on the next steps to take, worst fuel company ever and i am not with them by choice as i was moved over by Npower, cant wait to leave.
Did Ofgem tell you what to do as i still have not gottten mine yet still but I got another email asking again for my esa proof and I sent them in again for the 5th or 6th time

Hi, I did not get a reply from Ofgem as yet but I contacted the ombudsman services and they advised me to keep emailing them for an update every 2 weeks so it is logged at my end and to inform them that i have raised a complaint with the ombudsman, if nothing has been done by 8 weeks from the date you raise a complaint then the ombudsman will intervene, they told me to keep emailing them even if they do iot reply back as this is proof they are doing absolute nothing after complaining, also if you have young children, a disability or rely on a power supply for medical equiptment state this in the email to eon next and tell them how your experiencing financial hardship and rely on the warm home discount.
Its worth giving the ombudsman services a call to raise your complaint, they will set up your reference number and online account. Hope you get it sorted, im about to send another email out to them today .
