Hi I’ve been paying £120 a month for a while I am on next flex but have received an email saying my monthly payment has been reviewed and will now be going up to £255! I am on a payment plan as got behind with my payments through the pandemic. It’s hard enough at the moment paying 120 let alone 255 which is more then double. Have sent emails to eon but no reply 🤷
