Our previous supplier (Igloo) went bust back in Sept/Oct 2021 and we were automatically moved across to E-ON Next. We have been told and assured several times that our previous credit balance of over £200 would be transferred to E-ON, but it is now March 2022 and we have still not seen the credit applied to our account.
Please can someone help me as reading your website it sounds like you think everyone's balances have been settled now..?
@Andrewxlb I have exactly the same problem. I had £160 on my account. I took a screen shot of this from the app beginning of Nov. My last bill from Eon next shown a £80 credit but didn’t state where from, but it’s 50% less than what I had in the pit with Igloo. I am honestly pretty pissed off to be fair. Which I’m sure you are too. Let’s hope someone sorts it soon. Have you rung eon next? I haven’t as yet, but will do soon.
