Eon.next give me an electric meter reading every month & it is always in keeping with past years usage. However, my manual readings taken on the same day as the smart meter readings are totally different! They are hundreds of units different which is rather concerning. Can someone tell me why they are different?

mine is exactly the same, I’ve told them about it and they haven’t done anything. My mum is also having the same problem? Have you been advised to do anything?
