I bought my house 4 years ago from an old couple that was on ovo energy. I changed this to eon as this was my supplier at the time. The property has SMETS1 smart meters. The old couple either didn't have an IHD or took it with them. I spoke to eon last week about getting a replacement IHD and was told they don't do them but you can buy from ebay or amazon. I also went back to ovo and asked if I could buy a replacement from them to no avail. So I bought a new secure pipit 500 from the bay of all things evil and I'm struggling to get it paired. Apparently I need a pairing window open but can finding info on how to get this done. Can anyone shed any light on this?
