Morning,

I live in a newly built house (2020) and have an EON Smets 2 meters installed along with the IHD, its not been sending electricity reading for a while now to EON Next or to the IHD, gas go through to EON Next just fine but Electricity is still manual.

IHD shows correct info for Gas but no electric info at all, not even the logo for electric shows just the flame.

EON Next said they have send an update to the meter but still no info being sent to them or the IHD, anyone know if there is any thing I can do to get sorted?

I tried calling but was on hold the other day for over an hour :-(
